Student Self Evaluations
 

Student self-evaluation is extremely important to gauge how students are understanding the content being taught. In the virtual setting, this is especially important because we cannot "see" our students like teachers can in a brick-and-mortar classroom. I implemented this student self-evaluation process to my small group classes in January of 2020 and had much more active engagement within my lessons. At the end of each lesson, the students self-evaluate while I also evaluate their learning and record both answers on my student data tracker form.
