Response to Intervention Program at Oregon Virtual Academy
I was the co-creator on developing a learning solution and evaluation plan for Oregon Virtual Academy's Response to Intervention Program that was undergoing a complete redesign. This program was nearly non existent and needed to be restructured and redesigned. We focused my efforts on the development of a structured intervention plan that teachers would need to follow in order to support struggling students. To get an accurate representation of the school, we created two teacher persona profiles and a complete needs analysis report.
